» 13.-14.12. Helsinki international, Winner 2008 Topy was shown in Champion males, he went 3rd. with Exc. Congrats, Estelle, for a new championship! Tairon-phalenes went really well: Hamilton (Tairon King of Comedy) went Exc2 in junior class, Casey (Tairon Nights Jewell) got BOB-veteran and the girls... Terhi showed Emilia (Tairon White Galax) to BB4 and also Tairon Mata-Hari went BB2!! TaironBreeders Group went second with HP. I would like to thank you, Aune, for all these possibilities and Maarja, who was helping out on the ringside. Speaking about the young stars; Doris & Hamilton were quite a vision in the BIS-veteran-ring! On sunday, Olivia was shown by Sarita Töyrälä in Junior Handling Championship-finals. They did quite well together, but the winner and finnish champion in Junior Handling was my dear friend Noora Jyly with miniature poodle! Congratulations, girls!

» 22.-23.11. Jyväskylä international On Saturday Doris' little sister Rosa made quite a debute with our Topy in junior Handling. They won the younger age group and ended up to the BIS2 JH!

» 8.-9.11. Tartu Int. Estonia We did a great trip just among girls with Doris and Terhi to Tartu, Estonia. We had four dogs with us; ESS Milo, little lion Mette, and silky boys Topy and Doris' Sampo (Stenilja Serial Kisser). On Saturday Milo was judged by Swedish judge Cindy Petterson, who gave him Very Good in junior males. The tiny trio took part in Jr. Handling as Doris showed Mette to JH3, our estonian friend Maarja handled Topy to JH4, both in older age class and our sweet estonian friend Liisa Jansons actually WON the younger age group with Doris' Sampo! Is that cool or what?? :D On Sunday Topy was showed by her owner-handler Terhi to BOB under Cindy Petterson and my precious lion granny Mette took also BOB&BIS 3-veteran under Zsuzsanna Petik from Hungary! last but not least, Doris went BIS JH with our Topy!

» 25.10 Seinäjoki Int. This Saturday it was time for traditional trip to Seinäjoki. Topy participated the show and got BOB out of 20 Silkys under Mr G Cox from Ireland! All in all Silkys did really well at this show as the BIS1 breeders group also consisted of the same breed, bred by Curiosity, congratulations

» 4.10 Speciality show for Pinschers, Hyvinkää Nice day at Hyvinkää Speciality for Pinschers! I had a pleasure to handle two familiar Yarracitta girls- "Nuka" (Yarracitta Loistolyyli) and "Susu" (Yarracitta Ketchuppibaby) and also make debut with "Robin" (Ceriinan Lunar). It went really well and Robin got the last CAC he needed for Ch title and was placed "fifth" in the Best Male class, congratulations to Robin's owners and breeder and thank you for letting me handle him. Thank you everyone for the nice day at the Speciality!

» 27-28.9 Eckerö Int. show We joined the bus trip organised by Kenneljuniorit ry. to the Åland Islands. Topy was shown and he was BOS under Mrs B Roos-Börjeson from Sweden. And then last but not least at the weekend, on Sunday afternoon, Sarita won the qualification for the Finnish Championship Finals held in December at the Finnish Winner-08-show in Helsinki with Olivia! Well done girls, congratulations, fantastic!!

» 30.8 Speciality show for Terriers, Helsinki Topy and Doris' Sampo were both shown at the Speciality and they both got excellent. Topy also went 4th Best Male and participated Junior Handling with Doris. They got third place under Ms S Sandbacka, well done and congrats!! In the afternoon boys Topy and Sampo also took part in brace competition which they really seemed to enjoy!

» 23.8 Hämeenlinna Int. & Valkeakoski nat. On Saturday morning we drove to Hämeenlinna. Topy was entered for the ring and he was BOB out of 20 Silkys. Also Aune's Phalenes "Casey" and "Tonia" were BOB- and BOS-veterans and "Casey" and "Emilia" Res Best Male & Bitch. To make this day perfect, in the group competitions Mrs M Heine from Germany awarded Topy 4th in the Terrier Group!! On Sunday, another day, another show. :) We headed for Valkeakoski where "Tonia" was the star of the day being BOS, BOS-veteran and becoming new Finnish Champion!! "Casey" was BOB-veteran. Thank you very much and congratulations Aune!!

» 16-17.8 Kouvola nat. & Heinola nat. We, me, Doris and Topy, travelled first to Kouvola on Saturday morning. Silkys were judged by Pirjo Hjelm and Topy was BOS! On Sunday we headed then for Heinola show. Topy got BOB under Mr M Baskaran from Spain!

» 10.8 Helsinki nat. Doris and Topy did good job at Helsinki Summer show. They were together in the breed ring & junior handling. Topy was 2nd Best Male under Mr C Smith and in junior handling they were awarded fourth place! Well done and huge congratulations!!

» 5-6.7 Speciality for Phalenes & Papillons, Vammala Just after coming back home from Stockholm, we, me and Doris, headed for Vammala to show lovely phalenes. Tairon King Of Comedy "Hamilton" made his debut being Best Male 4, "Tonia" Team M Antonia was BOS-veteran, "Emilia" Tairon White Galax was Best Bitch 3 and Doris handled "Casey" Tairon Nights Jewel to BOB-veteran. "Tonia" also had BOB progeny group and Kennel Tairon had BOB Breeders Group! Thank you Aune for letting us be part of this great day and huge congratulations!!

» 2-6.7 World Show Stockholm 2008 The first show in July was the World Winner show held this time really close to us, in Sweden. I travelled to the World show together with all Yarracitta-gang. Pinschers were judged by swedish Mrs N Karlsdotter. I showed Elmeri (Ch. Yarracitta Juccacuccanen) and Rape (Yarracitta Kauheenkome). Elmeri was one of three males who were awarded ck (champion quality) in open class and Rape got first price as well. At the same show Noora Jyly also participated junior handling with Topy and they got all they way to Semi-Finals so they were among the best 12 handlers, congratulations Noora! Topy was in the ring at the Terrier Speciality where he was 2nd Best Male under Mr O Germundsson from Sweden. Many thanks Pirre and Ami for the great trip to the World Show!

» 14.6 Kotka Int. It was time for the Kotka Int. show. Topy was entered for the ring and Silkys were judged by Mr M Forte from Ireland. Topy surprised us all being BOB out of 20 Silkys and icing on the cake he was also given Group-2 by the same judge! What a great day!

» 11.5. Rauma nat. Got some awesome news from Terhi, who was showing at Rauma national! Our precious boy Topy went Best of Breed under finnish Päivi Eerola and in the afternoon he got Best in Group-2 under Cornelia Butrinova! What a super couple those two are <3

» 26.-27.4. Vaasa Int. & Lahti Int. Though the weekend was such a lovely, we did not gain much success with Topy this time. Nonetheless, Noora Jyly did an awesome performance with Topy in JH-ring at Lahti and got the second place in the competition! Congrats Noora and thanks for Doris, Terhi and Esko for a lovely holiday weekend!

» Milo's very first appearances Little by little our baby boy Milo is starting his show career. In past two months, he has been shown in four Match Shows an one All-Breed Puppyshow and he has gained some really nice placements from them, for example at the Match in Lahti, he won BIS-4! :) On Hollola Puppyshow 4.5. he did not get placed but he showed himself extremely well!

» 15.3. Vilnius, LTUW-08, Lithuania Just few days after arriving from the UK, it was time to take a ferry to Estonia and from there we drove via Latvia to the capital of Lithuania, Vilnius. At this time we had just 3 dogs along: Silkies Nere (El-Hamrah Silkki-Nereus, owner Irma Leino) and Ami (Bombix Moren Amazing Amelia Owner Sari Kaivosoja) and a Hellinic Hound Nana (Adasoksen Anastasia, owner Karoliina Järvinen). Nana was the first one to be judged and she got Best of Breed, CC and CACIB and gained a title LTUW-08! Congrats, Karo!
Then it was time for silkies: Nere-boy got Exellent2 in junior class. Amalia went Best Bitch-2 with Res-CACIB and CC. But the brilliant thing was, that Topy's son got CACIB! Congrats!!
Because my leg wasn't in the greatest condition, Doris showed Nana in group competition. Doris also took part in Jr. Handling with Ami and they did quite well! Doris rocks!

» 16.3. Riga, LvW-08, Latvia The next day and the next country... We had all the same dogs entered but the result's was not really all the same. On silkys, Nere was'nt really judge's favourite, but she really loved Ami and gave her BOS, CACIB and CC with LVW-08-title! Congrats, Sari! Best of Beed was our Topy's grandson, Congrats, Irina!!
Nana the hound did quite a performance with Doris as well, They got Best of Breed with CC, CACIB and LVW-08 title !! Good work, Doris and My warmest congrats to Karo. On the midday, I hardly could walk so Doris was shining as a star with Nana instead of me, and did it very, very professionally! Thank you, Doris again for all of your help and company!

» 5.-11.3. A trip to England I left for the Cruft's dog show via Tallinn to London and from there to Birmingham. First day there were silkys, löwchens and bologneses judged. I showed a really charmerboy, Clynymona Leonetti "Dougie". Dougie went Reserve Best Dog and we were really pleased with him! Congrats, Joan, Virginia and Tanya! Also, Tanya's silky Bombix Moren Dosis Maxima went The Best Dog! Congrats!
I was living in a hotell with my dear friend Terhi, who was also competiting on Jr. handling finals and went 3rd!! Also in YKC stakes-class Terhi and her "Nitro" got the 3rd. place! What an awesome performance! Congratulations!
On Monday it was time to leave Birmingham and drive to Manchester for next day's flight to Helsinki. I would like to offer my deepest gratitude to Mrs. Dowty, Mrs McKrell and James for all your kindness and hospitality!

» 2.3. Puppyshow, Helsinki I handled a german pincher female Rattenjäger Minne Für Megamagee on her very forst show. Judge Merja Ylhäinen seemed to like her and gave her BOB with HP. Congrats, Karo, Miisa and team Megamagee!!!!

» 24.2.Panevezys, Lithuania We, Tintti, Esko and Doris and the dogs, lions Charlie and Lilja, silkys Topy and Nere and norwich Aaron, decided to take part a show in Lithuania this time. First were silkies judged. Nere (El-Hamrah Silkki-Nereus, owned by Irma Leino) got Exc2 in junior class and Topy got Best of Breed!Aaron the charmant norwich boy got BOB&CC showed by Doris!Charlie (Lowenhart Airborn Alot, owner Jari Partanen) got BOB with CC and actually got his 10th. champion title!! Lilja got BOS with CC as well. Doris also competed in Jr. Handling and got the fourth place with Topy.
To make this day perfect, in group competitions Aaron&Doris got the fourth place and Topy WON GROUP!!!! Judge also seemed to like handsome Charlie, nearly 9 years, and he got group3!! Congrats, Jari, Terhi&Irma and Kati!

» 8.-10.2.Tallinn INT, Estonia It was time for the show we've been waiting for months! We, Tintti, Esko, Noora, Terhi and Doris with three silkies, a poodle Edi and Lilja the lion, left to Tallinn by ferry on friday, 8th. February and after a bit long ride in the city of Tallinn we finally found a really nice motel to stay. On saturday, all of the dogs were showed in the ring with quite nice results! Lilja the lion made a comeback to showrings and got BOS with CC&CACIB under slovenian Marija Kavic!! As we had 3 silkies attending, we were quite busy at the ringside. Terhi showed Madde (Kokiksen Let's Go Girl, owned by Sari Kaivosoja and Jutta Paukama) and she got Best of Breed-puppy! Topy got BOB with CACIB. Iiris, Mombix Moren Silky Spirit, owned by Jutta Paukama, got BB-2 with CC and res- CACIB. Also, in group competitions, Topy was shortlisted in terrier group! Noora's miniature poodle Edi (Soltar's Neverending) got BOS with CACIB and CC :) Congrats, Noora!!! On Sunday there were just Junior Handling and our young stars took part on it. Doris showed for the very first time a poodle, Edi and they got second place in younger age group. Noora showed Topy in older age group and they WON the age group and were beaten only a very talented finnish young handler with smooth collie, Congrats, Noora, Doris and, of course, Ida!

» 26.1.Turku INT This time was time for traditional trip to Turku, where Topy participated into champion males and won the class and finally went Best Male-2 beaten only by the veteran. On Saturday Doris and Topy were again in JH-ring and they were fifth in Doris' second competition in older age class! Also Linnea Riionheimo did quite a debute with Topy, she went 4th. in younger age class! Well done, girls!

» 4.1.Göteborg INT, Sweden We travelled quite a long trip to Göteborg with Krisse, Terhi, Esko, Doris and the dogs. Topy got Best of Breed & CACIB today under portuguese Rui Olivieira Topy was also shortlisted in terriergroup handled by his owner Terhi. This time Dino did not get any success but finnish Junior Handler Tiia Nyberg went 3rd with him in Junior Handling under Torbjörn Skaar from Sweden.
